What You Will Do

• Performs direct field labor work under guidance from Team Leaders and Managers
• Service project delivery. Work includes specialized knowledge in diagnostics and repair
• Involves inspection and testing of fire sprinkler and suppression systems, intermediate repair and maintenance, safety and compliance, documentation and reporting, and customer communication and coordination
• Includes O&M field labor support when necessary
• Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites
• Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals
• Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products
• You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards

How you will do it

• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service
• Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements
• Inspect customer systems

Required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• FEL-A Preferred
• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem RMEI and preferred
• Multi License Valid US driver’s license
