About the role
The Fire Protection Coordinator/Designer will produce construction documents for a variety of building types including retail, medical, educational, and governmental.
Responsibilities
- Develop high quality mechanical drawings and specifications
- Provide continuous client service and client contact, including on-site meetings and data collection
- Occasional travel may be required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years of Fire Protection system design experience
- Engineering Intern certification and/or NICET certifications are considered plus
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit platforms
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in fire protection engineering and sprinkler system design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
