About the role
This position is responsible for leading fire safety and emergency response operations within a correctional facility. Incumbents establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within the department, other governmental agencies, health care partners, and communities.

Pay
$8,770.00 - $11,039.00 monthly. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
Schedule
Full Time, Permanent position. In Office work location in Fresno County.

Special requirements
- Must clear a Background Investigation prior to being hired
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
- If meeting Minimum Qualifications with education, include unofficial transcripts/diploma for verification; official transcripts may be required upon appointment
- Applicants with foreign degrees/transcripts must obtain and submit verification of U.S. course/degree equivalency from a NACES-approved evaluation service
- Candidates new to CDCR/CCHCS must submit to Live Scan Fingerprinting and a Tuberculosis test/evaluation prior to appointment, followed by annual TB testing thereafter
- Do not include confidential information (SSN, birthdate, student ID, driver's license number unless required, basis of eligibility, examination results, LEAP status, marital status, age) on submitted documents
