The Fire Alarm Service Supervisor position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. This role involves leading service operations that protect critical systems, facilities, and communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service operations
- Supporting field teams
- Ensuring successful delivery of customer commitments
- Overseeing execution of customer service programs
- Managing service resources, costs, safety standards, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
- Supervising field specialists, service specialists, coordinators, inspectors, and other service personnel
- Providing guidance, coaching, mentorship, and leadership to service employees
- Monitoring service delivery performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and customer outcomes
- Managing financial performance through cost control, margin analysis, and resource planning
- Applying project management practices within technical service environments, including fire alarm, building automation, and electronic security systems
- Supporting the growth and expansion of service offerings within the local market
Requirements
- Experienced fire alarm service professional with strong leadership skills
- Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a small technical team
- Experience in industries such as fire alarm and life safety, electronic systems, building automation, healthcare technology, or related technical environments
- Advanced financial analysis skills, including cost control and gross margin understanding
- Strong project management capabilities in a technical service environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and field teams
- NICET certification, EST certification, or similar industry credentials preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
