Fire Alarm Service Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Maximize customer satisfaction by executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales, and other service duties.
- Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
- Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
- Measure financial impact through the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements
- Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of fire alarm field service experience, exposure to leading or supervising a small team, experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
- Preferred Experience: NICET Certified, EST Certified.
Qualifications
- Leadership Orientation: Actively seeks ways to act as a role model, guide, develop, and mentor others within the department.
- Financial Analytical Skills: Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g., gross margin calculations).
- Technical Expertise: Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Pay
The anticipated compensation of this position is $40 - $46 per hour. Please note that this job posting includes salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region the requisition is posted. If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
Schedule
Financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market. This is a line position that is either field- or office-based.
