We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About Us (company description) – could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map "About Us" to "About the role"? Probably we should use "About the role" heading for company overview? The instruction says "About the role" as an example heading. The posting has "About Us". We could treat that as "About the role" (company description). Or we could omit if not matching exactly? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings; we should use them if content matches. The posting includes "About Us" which is about the company, not the role. Could map to "About the role"? Might be okay. But we could also not include a heading if not exactly matching? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must use exactly those; we can use those headings for sections. Likely we should include sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities), Qualifications (Required and Preferred), Skills (maybe from qualifications?), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunities), Schedule (maybe not present). There's no explicit schedule info. So we should not include Schedule unless present. Pay: we have "Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunities" under What We Offer. That is pay info. So we can create a Pay section with that line. Benefits: list of benefits under What We Offer: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; Company-Paid Life Insurance; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance; 401(k) with Company Match; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); Paid Time Off (PTO); 10 Paid Holidays; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Professional Development and Training Opportunities; Career Growth Opportunities Within Eagle Fire. We need to preserve all substantive information. Also include Position Summary maybe as part of About the role? Could be separate? The instruction says we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Position Summary could go under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably better to include Position Summary under About the role (overview). Or we could create a separate section but not in list; but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading for "Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative". Also drop Job ID / requisition numbers. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. At end: "Advantage Interests Inc., an Eagle Fire Company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace." plus "Job # 514". Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

Since 1987, Eagle Fire has grown into a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection and life safety services across multiple states. Through our family of companies, including Advantage Interests Inc., we provide fire alarm, fire sprinkler, suppression, inspection, testing, maintenance, and life safety solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, and institutional clients. Advantage Interests Inc. has proudly served the Texas market for decades, delivering high-quality fire protection solutions and exceptional customer service. As part of Eagle Fire, we continue to invest in our employees, technology, and growth opportunities while maintaining the local expertise and customer relationships that have made us successful.

The Fire Alarm Service & Contract Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers throughout the assigned territory. This role focuses on generating revenue through the sale of fire alarm inspection agreements, service contracts, repairs, upgrades, and related life safety solutions. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time meeting with customers, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and managing the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, self-motivation, and the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales: Develop new customer relationships and identify new business opportunities; conduct cold calls, prospecting activities, networking, and lead generation efforts; meet with prospective and existing customers to evaluate service and inspection needs; promote fire alarm service agreements, inspection contracts, repairs, upgrades, and related life safety services; process sales activities and secure customer agreements and service contracts; meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings; respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests; serve as a trusted advisor regarding fire alarm systems, code compliance, inspections, and maintenance requirements; follow up on proposals, quotations, contract renewals, and service opportunities.
  • Estimating & Proposal Development: Conduct site visits and field assessments as needed; prepare accurate quotations for inspection contracts, service agreements, repairs, and equipment sales; estimate labor, materials, and project requirements; enter and maintain quotes within company systems and ensure proper documentation; track proposal activity and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Sales Planning & Performance: Monitor sales performance and utilize historical data to identify growth opportunities; assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and strategic initiatives; maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities; perform periodic field visits to verify customer satisfaction and quality of work performed.

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred: Experience in fire protection, life safety, fire alarm, sprinkler, security, or low-voltage industries; experience selling service agreements, inspections, maintenance contracts, or technical services; familiarity with NFPA standards and fire protection systems; CRM or sales management software experience.

Skills

We could extract skills from qualifications: communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, technical aptitude, self-motivation, ability to work independently, manage priorities, etc. But we might combine with qualifications. However instruction says we can have Skills section if there is real content. We could list skills: Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, Relationship Building, Technical Aptitude, Self-Motivation, Time Management, Driving, etc. But we need to avoid inventing. We can pull from the text: "strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills", "ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships", "technical aptitude", "self-motivation", "ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities". Also "valid driver's license". Also "CRM or sales management software experience". So we can list those. Better to create Skills section with bullet list.

Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunities
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Professional Development and Training Opportunities
  • Career Growth Opportunities Within Eagle Fire
But note: "Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunities" is pay, not benefit. The instruction says create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state that. So we should separate Pay and Benefits. So we need Pay section with that line. Benefits section without that line. Thus:

Pay

Competitive Base Salary + Commission Opportunities

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Professional Development and Training Opportunities
  • Career Growth Opportunities Within Eagle Fire
We should not include Schedule as not present. Check for any other info: Physical Requirements maybe could be under Requirements? But we have Qualifications section; we could add a Requirements section for physical requirements. The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading. We have physical requirements: Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory; ability to walk job sites and perform field assessments; ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access customer facilities when necessary; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally; ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods. This is substantive. So we should add a Requirements section. Thus we need to include Requirements heading. We already have Qualifications (education/experience). We can separate Requirements (physical) and Qualifications (education/experience). Or we could combine but better to follow instruction. Thus:

Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
  • Ability to walk job sites and perform field assessments.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access customer facilities when necessary.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods.
Now Qualifications section as earlier. Now Skills section maybe we can include skills from qualifications and responsibilities: communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship building, technical aptitude, self-motivation, independent work, priority management, CRM software, etc. But we might avoid duplication. However we already have Qualifications covering education/experience; Skills could be separate. Let's create Skills section with bullet list of skills mentioned. Skills list: - Communication - Negotiation - Presentation - Relationship building - Technical aptitude - Self-motivation - Ability to work independently - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Valid driver's license (maybe not skill) - CRM or sales management software experience - Familiarity with NFPA standards and fire protection systems - Experience selling service agreements, inspections, maintenance contracts, or technical services - Experience in fire protection, life safety, fire alarm, sprinkler, security, or low-voltage industries But some of those are experience/qualifications. Might be overlapping. To avoid duplication, we could keep Skills short: communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship building, technical aptitude, self-motivation, independent work, priority management, CRM software familiarity. But we need to ensure we don't invent. All these are present in text. Let's extract exact phrases: - "Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills." - "Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships." - "Technical aptitude" - "Self-motivation" - "Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities." -
