New Business Representative
Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from wholesalers, advisors, and clients. Discuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines.
- Demonstrates consistent proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.
- Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets, and products to provide accurate and timely information.
- Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.
- Maintains professionalism during interactions with wholesalers, advisors, and clients.
- Utilizes comprehensive resources to provide a "white glove" service, including topics outside of the scope of New Business.
Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Series 6 designation (preferred)
- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance industry (preferred)
- Demonstrates problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under the pressure of working against strict quality and performance guidelines
