Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries related to brokerage, investment, and retirement accounts.
- Process account maintenance requests, transactions, and service inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues while delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, and company policies.
- Maintain established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Active Client certification (e.g., Series 7, Client 63, or Series 66).
- 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services or brokerage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and CRM systems.
