About the role
Woodbury Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Financing Transaction Coordinator to provide high-level support to our Legal Financing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transaction professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and track the progression, execution, and delivery of financing and transaction documents from initial draft through closing
- Act as a professional point of contact, communicating with principals, outside counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Draft and edit routine transaction documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Carry out document research and prepare abstracts and summaries to support the Legal Financing Team
- Maintain organized filing and archiving systems to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and easily accessible
- Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
Requirements
- Preferred experience in transaction coordination, paralegal support, real estate finance, or a closely related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with strong organization and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with sound judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong questioning and active listening abilities
- A professional demeanor and the discretion to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
