Summary We are looking for a diligent, analytical, hands-on Financial Systems Support Analyst to manage daily operations of an Accounts Payable invoice processing platform and an end user ticketing system. This role handles invoice expense coding and provides front-line ticket support, connecting Finance, AP, and end users. This position will triage and resolve end user support tickets, code invoices accurately, investigate issues, and work closely with internal teams to keep transactions moving and reduce disruption. The ideal candidate is diligent, efficient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate with all levels of the organization, and able to balance transactional work with system support. Key Responsibilities Perform and support accurate invoice review & coding of expense accounting instructions, including research and validation of data discrepanciesPartner with AP, Finance, and business users to resolve coding and approval issuesIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce rework and volumeMonitor, triage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Coupa, invoices, suppliers, and payment issuesServe as a primary point of contact for users submitting tickets, providing clear and timely communicationInvestigate issues by reviewing system data, transaction history, and documentationDocument resolutions and update ticket notes to support knowledge sharing and audit visibilityAdvance system defects or complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution Required Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service skillsExperience with invoice processing2 years of supporting end users via a ticketing systemHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teams Preferred Experience Awareness of accounting principles & termsCoupa Accounts Payable invoice management systemWorkday ERPServiceNow ticketing system Why This Role Matters This role plays a critical part in keeping invoices moving through the approval & payment processes and ensuring users receive timely, accurate support. The base salary range for this position is $50,600 – $65,500. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
