Financial Systems Support Analyst

About the role

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits and offers a compensation of $30 - $33 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate invoice review and coding
• Partner with AP, Finance, and business users to resolve coding and approval issues
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce rework and volume
• Monitor, triage, and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Coupa, invoices, suppliers, and payment issues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for users, providing clear and timely communication
• Escalate system defects or complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution

Requirements

Strong data entry skills are required. The ideal candidate will be investigating issues by reviewing system data, transaction history, and documentation, and documenting resolutions and updating ticket notes to support knowledge sharing and audit visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users through a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
• Experience with Workday ERP
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Previous invoice processing experience
