Overview

Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) to join the Financial Systems team. The FSA will support the Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions, working closely with the Sales Compensation team and the greater finance/IT organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance).
  • Be responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team.
  • Configure/implement new sales compensation plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing components.
  • Work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA’s).
  • Maintain and act as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology.
  • Develop and coordinate training of Sales Compensation Team administrators and provide administration users with continued training and guidance on system use and best practices through system documentation and communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or development
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling (for validation of configuration)
  • General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Compensation Range

USD $60,700.00 - USD $112,700.00/Annually
