Financial Systems Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of the OneStream platform for global consolidations and reporting
• Implement AI-driven innovations and enhance performance of financial systems
• Automate financial close and planning processes to improve data accuracy
• Collaborate with IT and finance leaders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Manage large-scale OneStream projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Evaluate new marketplace solutions and integrate them into the company’s financial systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years in finance or financial systems roles with a focus on system administration and global consolidations
• Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform, including Cube Views and Data Management
• Desire to leverage AI and Machine Learning for enhanced financial processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to financial stakeholders
