Financial Systems Advisor
Responsibilities
OneStream Strategy: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the OneStream platform to support global consolidations, complex financial reporting, and FP&A planning cycles.
Continuous Improvement & AI Integration: Enable the long-term roadmap for the OneStream enterprise solution, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements, including AI-driven analytics and the latest platform features, to improve system performance, user experience, and business value.
Process Transformation: Leverage OneStream capabilities to automate and streamline financial close and planning cycles, reducing manual effort and increasing data accuracy.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with IT, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Project Management: facilitate large-scale OneStream implementations, upgrades, or marketplace solution deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of OneStream innovation by evaluating and incorporating new marketplace solutions, AI capabilities, and the latest software releases into Elanco’s financial ecosystem.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance or financial systems roles, with a proven track record in system administration and global consolidations.
Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform (including Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Data Management). Experience with SAP integration is highly desirable.
Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Leadership: Strong ability to influence without authority and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.

Skills
Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform (including Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Data Management).
