Financial Services, Transportation Finance & Corporate Finance Attorney

About the role

We are seeking attorneys and legal professionals for select opportunities involving financial services transactions, lending, commercial real estate finance, transportation finance, equipment finance, secured lending, and bank-side corporate finance matters. These roles are grouped because the same candidate audience could reasonably match more than one opening in this tile.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on finance transactional law; syndicated credit facilities; leveraged finance transactions; borrower/lender-side finance work across firm groups including syndicated loans, securitization, renewable energy project finance, public bonds, and real estate finance.
• Focusing on 2-5 years transactional experience; global transportation finance; aviation finance transactions; drafting, deal execution, client interaction, and substantive work alongside shareholders; graduated approximately 2019-2023; strong training and partnership-track benchmarks.
• Focusing on 4+ years lender-side commercial real estate finance; independently running deals; complex commercial real estate lending from inception to closing; loan document drafting/negotiation; $100M+ construction and mezzanine loans; client-facing work for sophisticated private lenders; industrial complexes and data center deals.
• Focusing on 4+ years borrower-side commercial real estate transactional law; autonomous deal management from start to finish; acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, development deals, financing transactions; PSAs, JV agreements, loan documents, and related transactional documentation; private investors, developers, and REIT clients.

Requirements

• Transactional finance, lending, real estate finance, or transportation finance experience
• Comfortable drafting and negotiating finance documents
• Strong attention to detail and client-service ability
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility
• Interested in sophisticated institutional finance work
