About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognized Asset and Corporate Finance Practice Group. You will work on high-stakes financing transactions for national and international clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of finance matters and collaborating with a talented team of attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex financing transactions, including leveraged, asset, and structured finance.
• Aid in loan workouts and other finance-related matters.
• Collaborate with seasoned professionals to provide top-tier service while developing your skills.

Requirements

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), structured finance, and/or loan workouts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
