Corporate Securities Attorney
Responsibilities
- Advises the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board processes, and best practices.
- Corporate secretarial work for a publicly traded company.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials.
- Support public company compliance obligations, including proxy statements, annual meetings, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements.
- Oversee entity management, corporate records, and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices.
- Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state.
Pay
- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
- The estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
Schedule
- Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.
