What You'll Do
- Proactively contact customers daily through outbound phone calls to collect payment
- Identify root causes and solutions for customer non-payment
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cash application issues quickly
- Able to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
- Collaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of meeting or exceeding team and individual KPIs
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or French a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative role or dealership
- Intermediate Excel skills a plus (pivot tables, filters, vlookups)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (confident on the phone), strong attention to detail, solution-focused approach
