Responsibilities
- Work closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs and deepen relationships.
- Process routine and complex financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, IRA) accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Provide recommendations and assist members with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
- Educate members on efficient banking using web, mobile, and ATM platforms.
- Participate in offsite membership development activities, such as events and business visits, to promote membership.
- Uncover members’ financial goals and connect them with internal business specialists.
- Leverage phone and email for regular member outreach, including outbound sales, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins.
- Handle escalated member issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business may substitute for experience.
- Minimum one year of branch experience required.
- Minimum two years of general work experience in customer service, call center, or sales.
- Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within six months of hire.
- Experience with banking products, cross-selling, member onboarding, new account openings, retail banking, or banking software preferred.

Pay
The good faith range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00 an hour, based on employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above or below this range as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
