About This Role
Ready to elevate our member experience? The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales, with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a passion for helping members reach their financial goals.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Experience handling complex financial transactions and a deep understanding of financial products and services.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and maintain registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
- Availability to work Saturdays.
Skills
