Financial Service Representative II

About the role

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative II/Senior Teller to join our team at our West Columbia Financial Center in West Columbia, SC. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet customers' needs.

A typical day might look like

• Participate in a morning huddle brainstorming with team members about ways to meet referral goals
• Talk with a customer about the payoff amount for their auto loan
• Review and deposit a check into a customer's account
• Cash a large payroll check
• Meet with a service leader to review your current performance
• Balance your drawer before heading home

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of direct Senior Teller experience in a financial service environment
• A positive attitude

Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
