Financial Services Regulatory & Compliance - Associate (Mid-Level)

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on financial services regulations
• Advise clients on compliance matters
• Assist with licensing and chartering processes
• Evaluate third-party risk management
• Draft and review legal documents related to compliance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience
• Expertise in banking, money services, payment systems, and FinTech
• Familiarity with licensing, chartering, and key financial services regulations
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in relevant jurisdiction
• Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay

$260,000 – $365,000 annually
