Responsibilities

• Build a client base by growing relationships with your network and providing guidance.
• Gain expertise through sponsored coursework and proprietary agent development training.
• Guide clients through important financial decisions using the latest software and an expansive product portfolio.
• Develop your Financial Professional career through pathways such as leadership, wealth management, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Ability to present complicated concepts effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Self‑motivation to connect with company‑provided sales leads and network with new clients.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and time‑management skills.

Pay

• 1st year: $40,000 – $65,000 (commission‑based).
• 3rd year: $60,000 – $90,000.
• 5th year: $75,000 – $130,000.
