About the role
Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice in our Charlotte office.
Responsibilities
- Preferred candidates would have three to five years of commercial lending experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic performance and a desire for in-office development are required.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
