About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time Associate with experience in complex litigation, with a focus on financial services litigation. Positions are available in Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing issues, conducting research, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues for complex litigation.
- Defending financial institutions in litigation in federal or state court or arbitration.
- Working familiarity with federal banking regulations and standards.
- Preparation for and participation in motion argument.
- Preparation of outlines and exhibits for depositions; taking or defending depositions is a plus.
- Case management experience, including running written discovery responses, document review and production, and working directly with clients and experts.
