Key Responsibilities
- Support internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and white collar criminal defence.
- Handle financial services disputes and related litigation across all phases of case development.
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and investigative reports with precision and strong analytical insight.
- Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist in preparing for trials and hearings.
- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex, cutting-edge matters for major corporate clients.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to white collar, investigations, or financial services disputes.
- Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or in federal criminal defence is highly advantageous.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing significant responsibility in fast-moving matters.
- Team-focused with strong communication and client service skills.
Compensation
