Litigation Associate - Financial Services (Mid-Level)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 (Base salary, commensurate with experience) + Bonus & Benefits

A highly respected, full-service law firm with a 100+ year legacy of excellence is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its thriving Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in St. Louis. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
- Actively attend and represent clients at depositions, settlement conferences, and hearings.
- Draft complex motions, discovery responses, pleadings, and high-level client reports.
- Collaborate on trial strategy, conduct key records reviews, and handle client and witness preparation.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Missouri law license (or be eligible for immediate admission).
- Proven hands-on experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are required.
- Experience advising on financial services regulatory and compliance matters, and a focus on FINRA arbitration, is highly advantageous.

- 3 to 5 years of litigation-based practice.
