Responsibilities

Interpret IRS Code and Regulations
Write policy and procedure documents
Conduct gap analyses and write business requirements
Prepare documentation including presentations and flow charts
Perform technical analysis and process improvements
Respond to requests for proposals from clients
Support the development of innovative technology solutions
Train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred
A minimum of 5 years of relevant tax consulting or tax operational experience
Be a licensed attorney, CPA, EA or a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation
