Responsibilities
- Interpret IRS Code and Regulations
- Write policy and procedure documents
- Conduct gap analyses and write business requirements
- Prepare documentation including presentations and flow charts
- Perform technical analysis and process improvement
- Respond to requests for proposals from clients
- Support the development of innovative technology solutions
- Train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant tax consulting or tax operational experience
- Be a licensed attorney, CPA, EA or a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation

- Strong organizational skills and a proven record of multitasking and working effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
- Great communication and leadership skills

Benefits
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,100 to $187,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,600 to $212,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $102,100 to $187,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,600 to $212,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Most people in external, client serving roles will work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
