About the role

This is a full-time contract role partnering with a dynamic fintech corporation.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months minimum with potential for extension
Hours: 40/week
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100/hr

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate discrete agreements in financial services, payments, and digital asset space including prime brokerage, lending, and derivatives documentation.
• Own full product life-cycle negotiation for institutional products, advising on legal issues, risks, complex agreement structures, and company policies in a compliance-oriented environment.
• Support internal/cross-functional teams—sales, product, engineering, finance, and compliance—to close deals.

Requirements

• Well-versed in negotiation and M&A.
• License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required.
