Attorney - Financial Services
About the role
Counsels and advises the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) and its affiliated companies on all matters of legal concern, including but not limited to corporate governance, general corporate matters, regulation and compliance, commercial transactions, employment, and litigation.
Provides wide range of legal service, involving independent planning, research, investigation, development of legal advice and review of corporate materials which are of substantial importance to the status and operation of Illinois Agricultural Association and Affiliated Companies.

Requirements
- Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States and ability to obtain bar admittance in Illinois (full or in-house) within a year.
- Current with continuing legal education requirements set by applicable licensing body.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $100,800-$138,600. The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired; actual salary is based on specific skills, qualifications and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
