Attorney - Financial Services - Counsel Level

About the role

The Firm is seeking a Counsel level Attorney to join the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in their Raleigh, NC office. This is an off-track position with a reduced billable hour requirement.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of sophisticated finance matters across the country.
• Document, negotiate, close, and conduct due diligence for all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with experience in syndicated credit facilities preferred.
• Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Committed to providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
