About the role

Under the direction of the Financial Center Team Leader and/or Assistant Financial Center Team Leader, the Financial Service Representative provides a winning service experience and assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective and accurate processing and performing of transactions for members and non-members including deposits, withdrawals, sale of negotiable instruments, etc. Actively promotes and advises on credit union products and services. In order to safeguard the trust that members place in our institution, the Financial Service Representative is expected to perform his/her job duties accurately, efficiently and with the highest degree of integrity.
