About This Role

The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus. Responsibilities

  • Execute complex financial transactions (payments, card orders, digital banking requests) with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly—face-to-face, by phone, or in writing—to help members understand financial information and build trust.
  • Quickly learn and apply new products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate, relevant guidance.
  • Build strong member relationships through empathy, active listening, and consultative conversations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely, individualized attention for each member.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements to guide members responsibly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Commitment to delivering standout member experiences by understanding needs and helping members reach their goals.

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt role. Saturday availability required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position involves typical office work, including use of PC, telephone, fax, and photocopy machines. The employee is required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
