South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Full-Time Financial Service Representative I to join our team at the James Island Financial Center in Charleston, SC. As a Financial Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in morning huddles to brainstorm ways to meet referral goals.
• Assist customers with inquiries such as payoff amounts for auto loans.
• Review and deposit checks into customer accounts.
• Cash large payroll checks.
• Meet with a service leader to review performance.
• Balance your cash drawer at the end of the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of cash handling experience in a customer service or banking environment.
• Positive attitude.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
