Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusted client relationships through detailed needs assessments.
  • Identify financial priorities, objectives, and risk profiles through detailed need assessments.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations in finance and wealth management, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance planning, and fee-based financial plans, and wealth management services.
  • Partner with our in-house Financial Planning Team** and internal specialists to create integrated, multi-generational wealth solutions.
  • Review and analyze client portfolios on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with evolving goals and market conditions.
  • Track industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends to provide informed, timely guidance.
  • Proactively grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives.
  • Lead clients through the discovery process, account setup, and required documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Drive: Goal-driven mindset with demonstrated success in sales or business development.
  • Work Style: Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Bonus Points: Series 7 License.
