About the role
Candidate will be responsible for supporting data migration activities for the Loan IQ system. The role involves preparing structured data from source documents (such as PDFs and Excel files) and migrating the data into Loan IQ using an automated migration tool developed with UiPath. This position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare structured data from source documents (such as PDFs and Excel files)
- Migrate the data into Loan IQ using an automated migration tool developed with UiPath
- Analyze data discrepancies and identify root causes
- Follow defined procedures and work independently in a structured environment
- Learn new systems, processes, and tools
- Document and report work progress and findings in a clear, concise manner
Requirements
- Experience as a consultant, IT vendor, or employee of a financial institution (preferably a bank), with experience in one or more of the following areas for or within financial institutions (particularly banks):
- - Business transformation initiatives
- - Core banking system implementation or modernization
- - Operational efficiency improvement initiatives
- - Ability to analyze data discrepancies and identify root causes
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- - Strong willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools
- - Basic logical thinking and analytical skills — able to structure information and identify inconsistencies
- - Basic consulting skills: organized work habits, quality-conscious, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
- - Clear and professional communication skills — able to interact with IT and business stakeholders in a respectful and structured manner
- - Experience in data migration or system implementation projects
- - Basic knowledge of lending operations or loan-related data
- - Familiarity with Loan IQ data model and key entities (deal, facility, circle, outstanding)
- - Experience in data migration or system implementation projects

- - Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA tools
- - Experience working with structured/unstructured data sources (e.g., PDF, Excel)
- - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, OR equivalent practical experience.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel) or equivalent certification - Nice to have
- Certification in data analytics, data handling, or process automation - Nice to have
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) related certifications - Nice to have
- Basic IT or data-related certifications (e.g., database or data processing fundamentals) - Nice to have
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (data entry, formatting, and basic functions)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Understanding of loan lifecycle and lending operations (origination, booking, servicing, repayment)
- Knowledge of loan product structures (term loan, revolver, syndicated loan)
