Financial Sales Specialist, Enterprise - Chicago, IL
About the role
Cisco is seeking a Captive Financial Sales Specialist to join our team. This role operates within Cisco’s internal finance ecosystem, focusing on facilitating complex sales transactions and serving as a strategic advisor to our customers, channel partners, and Cisco.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders to align financial strategies with broader digital transformation goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the time value of money benefits associated with payment over time structures, enabling profitable business and competitive differentiation in the marketplace.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cisco’s billing capabilities and coordinate with internal Finance and Operations teams to execute complex payment options accurately and provide a seamless user experience.
- Partner closely with Cisco Inc. Finance and the end-user customer to architect creative, customized payment solutions addressing specific business outcomes while adhering to Cisco’s fiscal goals.
- Influence and lead integrated, cross-functional teams across Cisco Capital, Cisco Systems, and the partner ecosystem to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions aligned with Cisco’s Performance Framework & Guiding Principles.
- Responsible for exceeding annual targets for attachment financings and maintaining forecast accuracy and hygiene on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in selling complex financial and leasing transactions.
- 8+ years’ experience.
- Proven track record of outstanding sales results with an emphasis on generating new and previously untapped accounts.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written).
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- BS/BA or equivalent degree.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Pay
The starting salary range for this role is $230,400.00 to $291,700.00, reflecting the projected salary range for new hires in U.S. and/or Canadian locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
