Duties/ Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Travel required – trips 2-3 times per year maximum
- Achie objectives through effective planning, goal setting and projecting future performance
- Outreach to prospective customers via phone and email to assist in completing financial transactions
- Move customer thru loan process using Sandhills systems and processes to achieve funding
- Work effectively with internal teams to structure the best possible offer for applicants
- Serve as customers' primary point of contact and establish long-lasting relationships with applicants and sellers of equipment
- Drive more leads on our platform through your relationship with vendors and sellers of equipment
- Achie close % targets by generating approvals and obtaining signed contracts from applicants
Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant sales experience preferred but not required
- Travel required – trips 2-3 times per year maximum
- Experience carrying a revenue target and delivering results
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- Leader with the demonstrated capacity to motivate and work well with others

Pay
- $50,000 base pay
- Average first year pay of $80,000 or more
- No cap to commissions
- Experienced reps can see $125,000 to $180,000+ in annual pay
