Financial Reporting Director

-Lead monthly and quarterly close processes-Build out a technical accounting function, including revenue recognition, leases, and capitalization-Build out financial reporting on new systems (including NetSuite)-Help run the external audit as the business scales 10x CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:-Prior experience building technical accounting positions from scratch and defending to auditors-Experience owning a close process and producing financial statements for board and audit committees -CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience-Infrastructure or hardware accounting experience highly preferred -Pre-IPO experience Desired Skills and Experience Hyperscale AI/Infrastructure startup is looking for a Financial Reporting Director to join its growing accounting team. You'll be responsible for owning the monthly and quarterly close as well as building out a best-in-class technical accounting function (including revenue recognition, leases, and capitalization). This role can be based in either SF or NYC, and is a hybrid role
