Financial Operations Associate
About the role

Responsibilities
- Process client transactions including account updates, beneficiary changes, asset allocations, and financial documentation.
- Analyze customer requests, identify discrepancies or risks, and make informed decisions using policies and procedures.
- Navigate multiple systems while reviewing paperwork, emails, web submissions, and phone-generated requests to ensure accurate processing.
Qualifications
- 1+ year working in a policy-driven environment with established procedures and compliance standards.
- Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, spreadsheets, and applications effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Basic math proficiency.
Preferred
- Financial services experience (banking, credit union, insurance, wealth management, etc.).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience processing financial, claims, benefits, or customer documentation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owings Mills, MD.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
