Financial Customer Associate - Bilingual- Smithfield
About the role
We are seeking bilingual Financial Customer Associates (FCA) in our Smithfield site. Our Spanish teams provide financial support worldwide. All training and onboarding support is provided in English, with the possibility of joining Spanish teams after proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about 401k account balances
- Help customers make withdrawals and loans
- Manage account maintenance
- Provide education or resources
Requirements
- Comfortable conversing in English or Spanish over the phone

Pay
This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and availability. No finance background or degree is required to succeed in the role.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, with training hours from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. Post-training, must be available for an 8-hour shift between 10am - Midnight EST.
