About the role

We are seeking bilingual Financial Customer Associates (FCA) in our Merrimack site. Our Spanish teams provide financial support worldwide. All training and onboarding support is provided in English, with the option to join Spanish teams after proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions about 401k account balances and assist with withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
  • Provide education or resources to help customers make clearer decisions and achieve their financial goals.
  • Help customers feel more confident in managing their finances.

Requirements

  • Comfortable conversing in either English or Spanish over the phone.
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective communication, great listening, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Ability to adapt and work in various environments, including remote and flexible schedules.
  • Basic technology skills and the ability to troubleshoot simple issues.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Not required to have a finance background.

Pay

This is a full-time hourly phone position with the potential for extra hours based on business needs.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with training hours from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. Post-training, you must be available for an 8-hour shift between 10am - Midnight EST.
