Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist: Full Time

About the role

Cascade Medical, located in downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, is seeking an onsite Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist to join our Business Office team. This hybrid Revenue Cycle position assists patients with financial and insurance needs while supporting insurance follow-up, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and required reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for patients by explaining insurance coverage, account balances, payment options, financial assistance, and community resources
• Work directly with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and reimbursement issues

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
