  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track cash flow across all business entities.
  • Collaborate with external CPAs for annual tax preparation and compliance audits.

HR & Payroll Administration

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all full-time and seasonal staff, ensuring proper tip-pooling calculations and tax withholdings.
  • Manage full-cycle employee onboarding (background checks, I-9 compliance, orientation) and offboarding (final paychecks, exit documentation).
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including healthcare enrollment, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) tracking, and worker's compensation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with direct experience handling full-cycle HR and payroll. Hospitality, restaurant, or winery experience is strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
