About the role
Contributes to the effective management of the department manages, plans and controls the workflow to complete the precert function inherent in the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with departmental employees, other department managers, patients and families, and physician offices
- Must be able to work under stressful and mentally demanding conditions
Requirements
- High school or equivalent work experience, CPAR preferred
- Previous work experience with the public for a minimum of 3 years
- One year of front line customer service
- One year of computer
- Experience with Soarian financial and medical insurance preferred (for Eligible Employees)
