About the role

Contributes to the effective management of the department manages, plans and controls the workflow to complete the precert function inherent in the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with departmental employees, other department managers, patients and families, and physician offices
• Must be able to work under stressful and mentally demanding conditions

Requirements

• High school or equivalent work experience, CPAR preferred
• Previous work experience with the public for a minimum of 3 years
• One year of front line customer service
• One year of computer
• Experience with Soarian financial and medical insurance preferred (for Eligible Employees)
