    • Minimum 1 year of insurance and authorization experience
    • Clinical documentation experience preferred
    • At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle
    • Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
    • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
    • Ability to take initiative and meet objectives

    Benefits

    This position offers an onsite schedule at the Revenue Cycle Shadeland office in Indianapolis, with the option for remote work. The position requires attendance at onsite meetings, trainings, and events as needed, Monday through Friday from 8a-5p.

    Pay

    The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
