Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of insurance and authorization experience
- Preferred clinical documentation experience
- Current Indiana State Navigator's license for Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC)
- At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle
- Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
- Ability to take initiative and meet objectives
Qualifications
Must be able to attend onsite trainings, meetings, and events as needed.
Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
