Financial Center Manager
About the role
As a Financial Center Manager, you will lead the growth of the financial center with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on customer relationships, business development, community engagement, and operational excellence. You will make lending decisions, extend credit, and identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial center as if it were your own business, driving sales, external business development, and operational excellence.
- Make lending decisions and extend credit to individuals and businesses while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and real-time feedback to team members to ensure compliance and performance.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations, salary reviews, and recognize team achievements.
- Drive business development by meeting team and individual sales goals.
- Foster collaborations across lines of business and within the community.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and company Guidelines and Procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services or leadership, with demonstrated success in sales, relationship building, and business development.
- Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Networking and relationship-building abilities, including fostering diverse and inclusive relationships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others.

- Results-driven with a focus on progress reporting and accountability.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in branch management and/or consumer lending.
- Knowledge of banking.
