Financial Center Manager
About the role
The Financial Center Manager III oversees daily operations of the Financial Center, including performance management, goal achievement, and teammate development. They collaborate effectively to achieve results and build strong relationships. This role requires a passion for improving members' financial lives, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities

- Work weekends and extended hours as required
- Provide Notary Services as a Notary Public
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years' related work experience in a management capacity in a financial institution
- Three (3) to five (5) years' of demonstrated experience building, leading, managing, and coaching a team
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail, or hospitality
- Valid Notary Public, preferred (not applicable for Puerto Rico locations)
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred
- Experience using A.I. tools preferred
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of PenFed products and services, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, is required.

Pay
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This position is eligible for an organizational performance-based annual bonus, subject to board discretion and approval. It is also eligible for an individual performance-based annual bonus.
